Wendy’s Mobile Market Recipes – Utimate potatoes

1/2 jar – smoked tomato jam -from Just Wing It
1lb cooked fingerling potatoes – from Corn Acre Farms
4 oz shredded glengarry fen- from Glengarry Cheese Company
4 oz bacon ,diced- from Haanover Farm
1/2 bunch green onions, diced – from Wendy’s Market
In a hot large frying pan add the bacon and cook ’till crispy. Add the warm cooked potatoes and cook till hot and starting to crisp add the smoked tomato jam and toss to coat spuds. Top with shredded cheese and green onions.
