Andre’s Stuffed Kohlrabi
Peel and cut in half 1 large kohlrabi
Scoop out inside – set aside and chop
Following quantities are to your requirements:
Cook ground meat removing grease.
In a separate pan saute in olive oil:
onions or shallots,
reserved chopped kohlrabi from above,
roasted red peppers,
paprika,
oregano,
salt and pepper to taste.
Add meat to above and stuff kohlrabi.
Place in 350 oven.
Add sauteed bread crumbs to top. Broil at the end for approx 1 minute to make a golden crust.
